3. A Buyers Agent represents you and your interests... They work for you to help you determine what is the best home for you. They can guide you on current market trends in a neighborhood and negotiate a price for you. they will guide you through the whole process.
Representation is critical in this market to understand how to make a deal and close it quickly. Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions before hiring a Buyers Agent... be sure they understand the market and homes in the area. Don't sign anything until you are comfortable with them.
